How One Banishes the Experience of Life with Subtle Control

One of the keys one learns on spiritual path is “letting go” of the “subtle control one puts on ones experiences”. A control on what one should experience and what one should not. How much one should experience and how much one should not.

One tries to control the amount of pain one should have, how the day should unveil, how things should be and so on.

These are all subconscious controls one places from a logical perspective which somehow has made us seekers of

Indefinite control on everything ” ,

” Perfection” ,

and a resultant suffering of the mind if the first 2 are not met.

Perhaps at some point one realises, both perfection and control is unnecessary. One can just witness and gradually allow the experience to emerge. Whatever comes with that experience to emerge. This definitely first and foremost, calls for letting go of the need for control in the mind of how one thinks the life or situations should be.

In just allowing the pain, the sadness, the restlessness, the betrayal and the other emotions and pain to emerge , or whatever else that experience may bring including the shockers, in witnessing the emergence of reality from a detached space, something beautiful emerges – an experience of sorts. A vibration that embeds in ones harmonic field and naturally strengthens and calms the agitated mind.

One moves from ” why me ” to ” let’s see what emerges”. It is then perhaps one is becoming one to some degree with the whole experience of Existence.
